Returns Show Increase
(Rec. 6.30 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 30. Treasury returns for the six months ended September 30 show total revenue at £13,921.010,866 (sterling) compared with £1,272,332,820 for the same period last year. Income tax, w’hich w'as £57,340,000 higher, was the biggest factor in the increase.
