Triumphal March Of Allies
(9.15 p.m.) NEW YORK. Aug. 10. A group of enterprising Paris black marketeers has already sold all the available window seats at corners along the expected route of the Allies’ triumphal march through the city, says the Stockholm correspondent of the “New York Times.” The windows around Etoile and the Arc de Triomphe fetched as high as 10,000 francs.
