Synthetic Rubber Patents
The Washington correspondent o£ the "New York 'rimes" reports that at the request ot the United States Government the Dupont De Nemours Corporation lias granted Russia the right to use Dupont’s synthetic rubber patents and processes free for the duration. Compensation will be demanded for post-war production.
