(Rec. 8.50 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 9. The Ankara correspondent of the German News Agency states that Mr Churchill is convalescing at Aswan, He is accompanied by his wife aha daughter. Aswan is a winter health resort andtourist centre on the right bank of the Nile in Loper Egypt. Three and a half miles above the town is the Aswan dam. which pounds the waters of tha Nile into a vast lake.
