Governor’s Term Extended
The King has approved the extension of the term of office of Colonel Sir Leslie Wilson. Governor uf Queensland, for a further period of 12 months. This is the fourth extension and it gives Sir Leslie Wilson 13 years in office, which Is believed to be a record for Governorship in any part of the Empire.
