LATE MR A. J. BALL
Builder and Sportsman
(N.Z.P.A.) INVERCARGILL. Nov. 11. The death occurred in Invercargill to-day of Mr Alfred J. Ball, aged 7). who had been identified with the building trade in Southland and also in the sport of yachting. He was a leading official in the Master Builders’ Association, being for some time president of that organisation. He had been a member of the City Council and of the Southland Technical College Board of Governors for 15 years.
