“ Can Never Be Decisive,” Says Goebbels
(Rec. 6.30 p.m.) LONDON, April 10. ‘The blows which Germany is receiving can only be properly estimated in a framework of the whole war,” said Goebbels in a speech at the Essen conference to improve air raid precautions. “One has to remember not only what Germany is losing but also what the enemy is losing,” said Goebbels. “The enemy can inflict appreciable but never decisive damage against Germany.
