Mild British Winter
Britain's winter has been the mildest for thirty years. This has been a great boon for the fuel economy campaign. London, throughout February, ixad seventy-eight hours of sunshine, making the month the sunniest February since 1902. January's mean day temperature was 48 degrees, which has only been exceeded three times since 1900.
