Warfare In China (Rec. 8 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 11. A Chungking communique says that Japanese columns converging from Hupeh and Anhwei entered Hwangchwan. Severe street fighting is in progress. More than 1000 Japanese were killed and wounded in tiift battle north of Lotien, Eastern Hupeh. The Chinese attacked Japanese outposts near Nanchang, 'captured two strongpoints, Inflicted more than 200 casualties, and set fire to the barracks. Another communique announces that the Chinese have recaptured Shangcheng, in Honan province. The Japanese have occupied Loshan.
