Jewels Of Considerable Value LONDON, January 8. Dame Margaret Greville, who died last September left E1.505.0C9, the duty on which totals £830,000. The bequests include all her jewels to Queen Elizabeth, £20,000 to Princess Margaret Rose, and £12,560 to the exQueen of Spain. Dame Margaret inherited a fortune from her father, William McEwan, a Scottish brewer. Her jewels are of considerable value and contain many magnificent pieces. They will be the Queen’s private property as distinct from the State jewels.
