WHEAT TESTING
North Island Service Arranged
(N.Z.P.A.) CHRISTCHURCH, Jan. 5. Arrangements for the moisture-test-ing of wheat in the North Island have been made by the Wheat Research Institute this season for the first time.
Dr. O. H. Frankel, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Institute, said to-day that the Seed Testing Station of the Department of Agriculture at Palmerston North would be conducting a service for the Institute. Lists of wheatgrowers had been supplied by millers and merchants, and circulars were being sent to all growers advising them of the service and how it should be used.
