WOMEN’S DIVISION
OTAIO The January meeting of the Otaio branch, W.D.F.U., was presided over by Mrs H. B. S. Johnstone. Members were reminded that their turn for providing biscuits, cakes and scones, etc., for the Timaru Welcome Club would be due on Friday, February 19. Red Cross work continued as usual. A number of old felt hats were handed in for the Hanmer Springs Military Hospital. A number of knitted articles were received and wool distributed for this month’s work.
