PRISONERS OF WAR
Conditions In Hong Kong LONDON. Dec. 2. Tire Colonial Office has received a report from the Red Cross delegate at Hong Kong that he is visiting the Stanley Camp regularly and conditions are satisfactory. The Stanley internment camp is being used by the Japanese tor the accommodation of civilians.
