Majority Missing (P.A.) WELLINGTON, April 21. The following New Zealand air personnel serving overseas have been reported as casualties (all R.N.Z.A.F. and all sergeants unless otherwise stated):— Blair, Noel Hensley, missing on air operations. Father, Mr C. Blair. Timaru. Davidson, George Leslie, killed in an aircraft accident. Wife, Mrs J. K. Davidson, Napier. Griffith, Pilot Officer William Hugh Joseph, missing on air operations. Father, Mr H. Griffith, Brisbane. Harvey, John Reginald, seriously ill as the result of an air accident. Mother, Mrs V. Harvey, Auckland. Higgins, Robert Henry, missing on air operations. Mother, Mrs M. Higgins, Waitara. Hutchinson, Flight Sergeant Geoffrey Douglas, missing on air operations. Mother, Mrs A. E. Hutchinson, Brisbane. Kennedy, Maurice Young, missing on air operations. Mother, Mrs V. Kennedy, Wellington. Liddell, Flight Sergeant David Lloyd Carnegy, killed in an aircraft accident. Father, Mr A. Liddell, Balfour.
McKay, Pilot Officer Ronald Victor Neal, missing on air operations. Mother, Mrs M. McKay, Dannevirke. Penman, Pilot Officer Frank Semple, missing on air operations. Father Mr R. P. Penman, Invercargill. Sharp, Flight Sergeant Collis Eric missing, believed prisoner of war. Father, Mr F. Sharp, Christchurch. Vibert, Flight Sergeant John George, missing, believed prisoner of war. Father, Mr R. A. Vibert, Auckland. Cronin, Maxwell Joseph, previously reported missing, now reclassified missing, believed killed. Mother. Mrs M. F. Cronin, Auckland. Fletcher, Flight Sergeant James Douglas, previously reported missing, now reclassified prisoner of war. Mother, Mrs M. J. Fletcher. Auckland. Spence, Bernard William, previously reported missing, believed prisoner of war, now confirmed prisoner of war. Father, Mr A. W. Spence, Christchurch. Rankin. Leading Aircraftman Alister Logie, killed in an aircraft accident. Mother, Mrs B. D. Rankin, Queenstown.
