AMBULANCE CADETS
PICNIC AT TEMUKA More than 150 adults and children spent a happy day at the Temuka Domain on Saturday. when the St. John Ambulance Cadets held their first picnic. The thanks of the committee arc due to the Domain Board who kindly placed at their disposal all the facilities of the Domain free of charge, and also to the caretaker for his great help. The sports programme resulted as follows: Cinderella race—Eileen Milne and Clarrie Stevens 1, Joyce Bowden and Betty O’Brien 2. Spider race (boys)—R. Reordan 1. T.
