Lyell 21/3. ST. ANDREWS SALE SHEEP VALUES FIRM About 70 head of very mixed quality cattle filled the cattle pens at St. Andrews yesterday. Cows were in over supply. The small yarding of fat and store sheep realised firm values. Prices were:— Fat cattle—Prime heavy cows £7/2/6 to £9/2/6, medium £5/2/6 to £6/17/6, prime heifers £7/7/6 to £9/2/6, light to medium £5/7/6 to £6/12/6, medium steers £lO/2/6 to £ll/12/6, light to £B/2/6.
