The amount struck this year was slightly higher than that of the previous year, and the percentage collected r. fraction less, but the position can be regarded as satisfactory. In the previous year the total rate was £13,595 and the amount collected £13,042 or 96 per cent. The collection of the Seadown water rate showed a slight drop in comparison with the previous year.
