Brazil And Axis (Rec. 7.30). RIO DE JANEIRO, Jan. 28. President Vargas to-day signed the decree breaking Brazil’s diplomatic and commercial relations with Germany, Italy and Japan. It is reported from Lima that the Peruvian Government, following the severance of relations with the Axis, arrested 200 prominent Germans and Italians.
