SUPREME COURT
Sitting At Timaru Two petitions in divorce comprise, up to the present, the whole of the business set down for hearing at a sitting of the Supreme Court in Timaru on Tuesday next. Mr Justice Northcroft will preside. The petitions are as follows: — Direen Iris May Lethorn (Mr W. D. Campbell) v. Albert Donald Lethorn, grounds of desertion. Gladys Hannah Mowat (Mr W. D. Campbell) v. Frederick Francis Mowat, grounds of separation.
