Tire purchase has been completed in the United States of an outstanding Polled Shorthorn bull on behalf of MrAndrew Grant, “Allandale,” Fairlie The bull purchased, Walnut Grove Marshall, was very narrowly defeated in an exceptionally strong class of yearling bulls at the Ohio Stud Fair, and it was after this performance that he was selected for shipment to New Zealand. Walnut Grove Marshall will be the third Imported sire that Mr Grant has introduced into his “Allandale” herd. He is by Collynie Sensation from Oakwood Gay Lady D, by Oakwood Emperor from Oakwood Gay Lady B, by Royal Count Jr., all notable animals of the breed.
