WEEKLY TRACK MEETING The Timaru Cycling Club held its weekly track meeting on Wednesday evening. Results were:— Half-Mile—K. Hoskins 1, J. Parfitt 2. R. Parnell 3. Time—63secs. One Mile—D. Kyne 1, J. Fairbrother 2, K. Hoskins 3. Time—2min 9 4-5 secs. Two Miles—D. Kyne 1, K. Hoskins 2, R. Parnell 3. Time—4min 41secs. Quarter Mile Dash—J. Parfitt 1, G. Jackson 2, K. Brunton 3. Time—33 secs. The following handicaps have been declared for the road race to be held this afternoon from Stenhouse’s ‘Store at 2.30 p.m.:—6Jmin., K. Brunton; 6 min., B. Newltt, C. Nutsford; smin, H. Hopkins; 4min, E. Brown; 3min, R. Parnell, L. Smith; IJmin, J. Parfitt, T. Fairbrother, W. Gilmore; Imin, D. Kyne, K. Hoskins; scr, A. Johnston, G. Jackson.
