Hitler’s Plans Revealed (Rec. 10.2 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 18. According to the Dutch correspondent of “The Times,” Seyss Inquart, the German “protector,” declared there was no place for an independent Netherlands under Germany’s new European order. Hitler wanted to absorb the Dutch as comrades with equal spiritual and cultural rights. The Dutch belonged to the same race as the Germans, but unfortunately had not developed in the same way. This fault must be corrected.
