American Arrested in Rome A Rome message states that the Rector of the American Episcopal Church, Mr Hiram Woolf, of New York, has been arrested on suspicion of being engaged in intelligence activity. Colonial Post Sir Arthur Grimble, Governor of the Sezchelles, has been appointed Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Windward Islands in succession to Sir Henry Popham, who is retiring in May U.S. Given Title According to a message from Porto Rico, a libel order signed by the Federal District Court, gave the United States Government title to the ptured German ship Odenwald. The libel was for salvage, not forfeiture as the vessel was abandoned when sc. ed.
