(Rec. 6,30) LONDON, Sept, 9. Lieut.-CDloiiel Allan Monk house, former chief engineer of Vickers Enterprises in Russia, who was tried in Moscow in 1933 on charges of sabotage and Was later expelled, is reported to be returnng to Moscow as one of Lord Beayerbrook’s assistants at the forthcoming three power conference. It is understood that the Soviet expressed its willingness to agree to Lieutenant-Colonel Monkhouse’s return. He speaks fluent Russian and has always remained an admirer of much of the Soviet’s achievements.
