PLANS UPSET
Prime Minister’s Arrival Delayed
WELLINGTON. Sept.. 10. The Prime Minister <Rt. Hon. P. Fraser* will be arriving in Auckland a dav later than originally scheduled, and as a result the Acting-Prime Minister (Hon. W. Nash) said to-day that he would now be leaving Wellington on Friday night for Auckland. It had been expected that the Prune Minister would be able to meet Pariiament on Tuesday night and make a statement on the international situation. and that this would be followed bv a short secret session to enable him to deal with subjects of a confidential nature. This programme now appears likely to be upset because of Mr Fraser’s later arrival in Auckland, and because of a civic reception in Wellington cm Tuesday night. Mr Fraser is expected to leave Auckland for Wellington on Sunday night.
