CHINESE COMMUNISTS SURROUNDED
Japanese Offensive (Rec. 6.30 p m.) TOKIO, Aug. 25. The Japanese Domei Agency states that a Japanese army surrounded 5000 Chinese Communist troops to Wooshan, on the mountain border of Hopei and Shansi, after which they launched an annihilating offensive.
