JAPANESE SHIP
Arrival At Auckland (P.A.) AUCKLAND, August 1. Tire Japanese motor vessel Yamagiku Maru arrived shortly after 10 o’clock to-night and anchored in the stream. She will berth to-morrow. The ship was due from Kcbe, via Noumea, on Monday but reported she would be late. A further message stated she was being delayed by unfavourable weather, but smaller vessels were able to reach port. The Yamagiku Maru has a cargo of timber and general merchandise. She is scheduled to leave on Monday evening for Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin.
