Precautions At Hawaii (Rec. 6.30.) HONOLULU, June 16 Army officials disclosed plans for the construction of a huge food storage tunnel 6600 feet long, equipped with Its own power and water, on Oahu Island, which can be used as an emergency air raid shelter.
