New Zealand Division (PA) WELLINGTON, May 10. Its spirit and fighting qualities are of the highest order and are right up to the traditions of the New Zealand Division in whicn I had the honour to serve on your Andrew Russell has suitably re Maitland Wilson was General Staff Officer, Grade 1. of the New Zealand Division, in 1917-18, and Sir Andrew Russell was General Officer Commanding.
