Thailand And Indo-China (Rec. 11.30 p.m.) TOKIO, May 9. The Thailand and Indo-Chlna peace treaty has been signed. U.S. AIR-OBSERVER President’s Son In Egypt LONDON, May 8. Captain James Roosevelt, eldest son of President Roosevelt, arrived by air at Cairo to-day. He is to act as United States air observer with the Royal Air Force. He was accompanied by MajorGeneral Thomas, of the United States Marine Corps. Captain Roosevelt told journalists that there was a bigger understanding in America of Britain’s war problems.
