SHIPPING PORT OF TIMARU
WAIANA DUE TO-MORROW The Waiana is the only vessel which will be berthed at Tlmaru over the New Year holidays. Due to-morrow from Dunedin, she will load on Triday for Wellington and Auckland, via Lyttelton. The following list of coastal steamers' movements is compiled in accordance with advice supplied by agents for the different Lines:— EXPECTED ARRIVALS Waiana, Dunedin Jan. 1 Breeze, Oamaru Jan. 6 Wainui. Oamaru Early Waiplata, Oamaru Early Karu, Oamaru Early PROJECTED DEPARTURES Waiana, Lyttelton Jan. 3 Breeze, Lyttelton Jan. 6 Wainui, Lyttelton Early Waipiata. Lyttelton Early Karu, Lyttelton Early LISTED MOVEMENTS The Breeze is now due on Monday to load general cargo for Wellington, Picton and Wanganui, via Lyttelton. The Karu, from Dunedin, via Oamaru, is due at an early date to load for Wellington, Nelson and New Plymouth, via Lyttelton. STEAMER EXPRESS SERVICE Owing to a rearrangement of the timetable, passengers already booked locally up to Saturday, January 18, are requested to communicate with the Union co., for rebooking. Sailed—Rangatira (9.20 a.m.) for Port Chalmers, Holmglen (9.35 a.m.) and Waimarino (10 p.m.) for Wellington.
