Concessions Announced By Telegraph—Press Association AUCKLAND, December 12. A minimum of 28 days’ leave, a free ticket for one month on the railways and out-patient medical treatment are among the grants being made to soldiers returned from overseas owing to sickness or other disability and being drafted out of the army.
