De Gaulle’s Terms To Vichy By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received November 21, 7.20 p.m.) LONDON, November 20. A communique from Vichy says that General De Gaulle has informed Vichy that he will cease his radio campaign under certain conditions, including the formation of a new Government at Vichy. The French Government is ignoring the offer. General de Gaulle has threatened to execute five Petain supporters captured at Gabon for every de Gaulle follower executed by the Dakar court-martial. French Prisoners “The Times” says that a member of the French Chamber of Deputies, M. Scapini, who was blinded in the last war has gone to Berlin as Ambassador Extraordinary to negotiate a solution of the problems connected with the 2,000,000 French prisoners of war. The repatriation of prisoners seriously wounded has already begun.
