British Mission to South America The British economic mission under Lord Willingdon has arrived in Rio de Janeiro. It is visiting all the South American Republics except Paraguay. British Naval Leeses The Admiralty has announced the casualties in the submarine H 49, which was recently reported lost, as four officers and 23 ratings. In the trawler Tllburness, ten ratings are missing presumed killed. More Earthquake Shocks The stefani News Agency reports that two shocks of earthquake occurred in Rumania on Sunday. Though slight they caused many houses to collapse. Survivors Reach Canada Fifteen survivors of a British merchant ship shelled by a German pocket battleship arrived at an eastern Canadian port. They said the ship was part of the Jervis Bay convoy.
