Status Of Iron Guard United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright BELGRADE, November 3. The Iron Guard has officially become the auxiliary police of Rumania and is authorised to make searches. A new decree provides for terms of imprisonment of from five to 25 years ard sequestration of property for profiteering or hoarding of goods, reducing production, accumulating foreign currency, or damaging the State. Ban On Hoarding A decree orders the declaration of gold holdings and foreign exchange which must be placed at the disposal of the National Bank. The hoarding of money or bank deposits is forbidden. Other decrees concern the minimum wages of workmen, the rationing of fats, oils, washing soap, sugar, cloth and leather commodities.
