MACKENZIE COUNTY COUNCIL SPECIAL ORDER AUTHORISING LOAN XTOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Mackenzie County Council held on the fourteenth day of October, 1940, a Resolution was passed by way of Special Order under “The Counties Act, 1920” and “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926” authorising the raising of a special loan of £l4OO for a period of 30 years at £3/15/- per centum per annum for the purpose of purchasing a dwelling for the use of the County Engineer, and that such Resolution will be submitted for confirmation at a Special Meeting of the Council to be held on MONDAY the ELEVENTH day of NOVEMBER, 1940 at NOON at the Council Chambers, Main Street, Fairlie.
