On their silver wedding day, Mr and Mrs A. Harrison, of Queenborough, Kent, lost home and furniture. They were sitting down to their anniversary dinner with their family when they heard a crackling noise, and found the house on fire. Walt Disney once told me he preferred drawing animals to humans. This is perhaps the reason for the slight dollishness of Snow White as compared with more grotesque comedy characters. But his Blue Fairy in "Pinocchio" is a real peach. When his assistances first saw her on the screen in the studio projection room they shouted: “Say, Walt, what’s her ’phone numberl”—Puck, in Tit-Bits, London.
