The Minister of Food (Lord Woolton' to-day warned the public of the possibility of a reduction in the butt r ration at an early date. “I have no doubt that we aall have adequate supplies drawn from with'n the Empire for rhe rest of the year,” declared the Minister "The important tiling for us to consider is not t .7 much of any particular article there s in England at the moment, but how much there will be in the evmt of all sorts of disadvantage jus circumstances arising in future " It will be recalled that the origii al utter ration was doubled shortly after t. introduction.
