Among the true bills returned by the Grand Jury is one against Gordon Fercy Aston and Harvey Maitland Chrystall, alleging conspiracy, false pretences, theft, receiving and attempted false pretences in connection with the late Hartley Roy Sellers, secretary of the New Zealand Racing Conference.
