SUNDAY SCHOOL PICNIC The third annual picnic of the St. John's and All Saints’ Sunday Schools was held at the Temuka Domain on Saturday. About 290 children with their teachers made the journey by train, and several cars followed later in the morning. As in the past, the facilities in the Domain were appreciated by the picnic staft and the attractive surroundings were a source of comment by the many adults. The day’s programme was full of interest. In the . morning, the swimming oaths proved an attraction, and during the afternoon, athletic events c~d treasure hunts occupied the attention of everybody.
