Opposition To Dilution

United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received March 4. 6.30 p.m.) LONDON, March 3. A mass meeting of the Electrical Trades Union reached a decision to oppose all forms of war-time dilution of labour, also to apply for exemption of its members from service hi the armed forces and for the recall of members now serving. The president declared that the opposition to dilution will continue until all skilled labour is absorbed.
