PRISONERS SENTENCED By Telegraph—Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, February 19. Prisoners were sentenced by Mr Justice Northcroft in the Supreme Court to-day, as follows:—George McDonald Hamilton, breaking and entering, 18 months’ imprisonment; William Stephen Thomson, theft, 12 months’ imprisonment; James Mervyn Philp, theft, 12 months’ imprisonment; James Mervyn Philp, theft, breaking and entering and receiving, three years' Borstal, concurrent with a sentence he is now serving.
