Compensation Offered By Japan
United Press Association By Electric T elegraph Copy r Igh t (Received February 7. 11.5 p.m.) PARIS, February 7. The Japanese Government has offered compensation for the bombing of the Yunnan Railway on February 5. The Chinese Government News Agency at Hong Kong states that 300 Japanese were killed when Chinese artillery sank a Hankow-bound transport on the Yangtze River above Klukiang.
