United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Rec. Feb. 8, 1.30 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 7. Barnes and Richards were executed at the Birmingham gaol at 9 a.m. Two notices to that effect were posted on the prison gates at 9.7 a.m. There were no demonstrations.
