RUMOURS IN CIRCULATION By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, January 20. “Just one of those kite-flying rumours,” commented the Minister of Finance (the Hon. W. Nash) when the strong rumour that an increase in the exchange rate was likely, was referred to him to-day. “It has never been throught of," he added.
