Waipiata Due To-day

The waterfront was quiet during the week-end, but the Waipiata, from Oamaru. is due to-day to load for Wellington and Auckland, via Lyttelton. The Gale and the Karu are due to-morrow. The Gale, from Dimedin, will load for Wellington and Wanganui, and the Karu, from Oamaru, will take in cargo for Wellington, Nelson and New Plymouth, via Lyttelton. Both vessels will leave for Lyttelton tomorrow evening. The Waiana, from Bluff, is due on February 4, and will sail the following day for Wellington and Auckland, via Lyttelton. The Holmdale is due from Dunedin on Wednesday to load for Wellington, Picton and Wanganui, via Lyttelton.
