The German Official News Agency announces extraordinary measures to prevent pestilence in Warsaw, where 700,000 people have been vaccinated against typhus. Delousing stations have been established, and districts quarantined against spotted fever.

The Polish Government at Angers has been informed that two kinds of typhoid have broken out in Poland because of bad water and over-con-sumption of fruit. Doctors expect springtime epidemics of spotted fever and cholera.
