COPENHAGEN, January 18.
A boy named Putra, employed as a groom by the United States Minister to Finland (Mr F. A. Scoenfieid) has been arrested as a Russian spy. In the Minister's absence, Putra hoisted the American flag over the villa, which the Russians bombed during a raid. The flag had not been hoisted previously since the outbreak of the war.
