Foreigners For French Labour Corps
United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright PARIS, January 18. A decree has been issued in France that all foreigners aged from 20 to 48. enjoying the right of asylum in France, are liable for service in the Labour Corps. Foreigners who have been resident in Frante for ten years are permitted o Join the French Army.
