REMAND GRANTED

ALLEGED CONSPIRACY TO DEFRAUD By Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, January 19. A further remand until February 14 was granted by Mr J. L. Stout, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court to-day in the case in which Gordon Percy Aston, an engineer, aged 39, and Harvey Maitland Chrystall, an engineer. aged 52, were charged with conspiring with each other by deceit to defraud Hartley Roy Sellers of sums of money totalling £6465/1/9. Bail was renewed in the sum of £5OO with two sureties of a like amount for each accused.
